One place to find, price and order parts
The VSI eStore brings our wide range of electronic components online. Find a part by its number, see how many are in stock right now, compare price breaks and place the order yourself.
It covers our Molex distribution line and more than 200,000 parts from over 200 global brands. Stock is available from VSI India, Singapore and global warehouses for parts we don't hold locally. All sit side by side on every pricing page, so you choose between speed and range.

How ordering works
- 01
Sign up, or log in
Click Sign up at the top right and enter your company name, GST number and contact details. Our team activates the account, and you log in to see your prices.

Search by part number
Type a full or partial part number in the search bar. Matching parts appear as you type, with picture, manufacturer and description.
- Click a part to open its pricing page.
- Press Enter to see every match.

Compare results and check stock
The results page lists every match. Narrow it with Search within results or filter by manufacturer, then click Check stock on any row.

Choose a quantity
The pricing page shows minimum order, pack size and HSN code, with VSI India stock and global stock in two panels. The more you buy, the lower the unit price.
- Type your quantity and the total updates straight away.
- Click Add to cart.

Check out
Only ticked lines are ordered, and prices are held for 10 minutes because they follow live stock. Add remarks and your PO reference, accept the terms, then click Place Order & Pay.

Track the order
My orders shows every order with its date, total and PO reference, and a tracker for each stage: placed, payment, processing and confirmed. A pending payment can be finished from here.

Every pricing page shows both, each with its own price breaks and minimum order.

Smart BOM
Open Tools, then Smart BOM, and upload your parts list to price every line in one go. Up to 100 line items per upload.
Request a quote
For bulk quantities, long term pricing or parts you can't find. Your company details are filled in; add each part and quantity and submit. Our sales team replies with the best price.
My account
Company details for VSI India and VSI Singapore: billing address, GST number and INCO terms. Click Request a change to update them.
Questions
Do I need an account to see prices?
You can search and check stock without one. Prices, the cart and checkout appear after you log in.
Can I order for India and Singapore?
Yes. Choose where your parts ship from at the top of any page. Your account holds separate details for VSI India and VSI Singapore.
How long are cart prices held?
For 10 minutes, because prices follow live stock. If a line drops out, add it again from the search page.
How do I pay?
Click Place Order & Pay in the cart and complete the payment on the secure payment page. Processing starts once the payment is confirmed. A pending payment can be finished later from My orders.
What if I need a large quantity or can't find a part?
Use Request a quote, or Smart BOM for a full parts list. Our sales team replies with the best price and availability.
